Food is great! Staff is hit or miss but with this style of sports bar it's never really about the staff. Typically loud due to it being a family place and can sometimes be a little much. They do have outdoor seating up top but it's not always open. Price is great for this area and you definitely get your dollars worth. Love their fry sauce! Definitely get that sauce! They have charged for it before without saying it was a charge for condiments but it hasn't happened all the time.

We took advantage of the beautiful day and ate on the deck. The service was slow, only because our server had to run up and down two flights of stairs to get not only our food but other patrons food. I love the Cobbs and Robbers, but was overwhelmed with huge chunks of onions, which made the whole salad taste only like onions, so next time, I will ask to hold the onions. Our family favorite for several years, and will continue to be our favorite. The mini burritos is still good, and the kid's pizza my daughter said was ok. I would recommend our favorite family restaurant to everyone.

Captain’s Plate, Bacon Burnt Ends, Soft Pretzels & Cheese, Pulled Pork Stuffed Baked Potato with BBQ Beans & Bacon Ranch Mac Salad, Steak N Bacon Philly Cheesesteak, Mozzarella Fingers. Good food, generous portions, good customer service. Thank you.

we love food factory, our favorite spot in fairbanks (and believe me we had a lot of great food!) so many vegetarian options! fantastic service every-time, always clean. always a great experience! cant wait to return :) i dream of the vegetarian cheesesteaks on a regular basis. feel bad for me! ship me a sandwich for the love of god!

First time eating at Food Factory and we loved it! Huge portions, everything tasted great and our waitress, Brittany, was awesome! We tried the fried ice cream and it was so so good! My only suggestion is their bbq beans are served cold and well, that’s just a sin to a Southern girl!! You gotta serve ‘em hot!! We will be back!

The dining experience here is pretty consistent. On occasion the food is a miss but 90% of the time it is worth the money. The staff is usually friendly and pleasant. I do not recall ever having a bad serving experience, though at times service has been slow due to volume. In my opinion, Food Factory is a solid option to dine-in for a relaxed meal. It is almost sports bar-ish with the large TVs, but no bar. It has that relaxed vibe.

Best cheesesteak I’ve had in town! The Fairbanks chicken sandwich was amazing. Love the house made raspberry habanero sauce on it. Great spot for comfort food and classic favs.

Great place to grab a bite if you’re ever in Fairbanks, AK. Located close by Costco and other shopping. Food and customer service is great, very friendly staff, Amy was my server and treated us like family. This place has a menu for kids also, lots to choose from. Highly recommended!

Had dinner at the Food Factory and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was top-notch. I ordered the Cheeseasaurus Burger and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great meal and a laid-back atmosphere!

All the ladies working noon of 3/12/2026 were very nice. But, Jocelyn was my server and she was astronomically amazing! Quick, efficient, very professional and nice. The food was great. I was going to take a before and after but I was so full I couldn’t get the after pic. Chef’s kiss!
